In the second phase, project ideas considered successful are subject to the selection of the Selection Committee, which takes also the scoring of the Technical Assessment Committee into consideration. The following criteria are taken into consideration during the scoring process of both phases: |

The consistency of the project objectives with the issue or need described. |

|

|
The consistency of activities with project objectives and the existence of an effective cost plan. |

The efficiency of the forecasted budget. |
|
|
|
|
The suitability of the project team, of the organization applying to the program and of partner organizations, if any. |
|
|
|
|
The qualitative and quantitative suitability of the target group. |
|
|
|
|
The sustainability of the project and the influences it targets. |
